These are our general Terms of Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Weather & Cancellations
   Drone operations are subject to safe weather conditions (dry visibility and wind gust speeds below 24mph).
   Provider Cancellation: If we must cancel due to weather or airspace restrictions, the flight will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
   Client Cancellation: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a “Mobilisation Fee” of 50% of the quote.
2. Image Copyright & Usage
   Ownership: Olympic Limited retains the copyright to all images and video captured.
   Licensing: Upon full payment, the Client is granted an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the data for site reports, tenders, and marketing.
   Third-Party Use: This license is for the Client only. Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties (e.g., architects or other contractors) without written permission.
3. Site Access & Safety
   The Client is responsible for ensuring we have legal access to the site and that all relevant site managers are aware of the flight. We reserve the right to abort any flight if the Pilot in Command deems the environment unsafe. The full fee remains payable if a flight is aborted due to site-side safety breaches or lack of access.
4. Privacy & Compliance
   We operate strictly under CAA regulations and GDPR. We do not intentionally film uninvolved private properties. Any incidental footage of neighbouring properties will be handled according to our privacy policy (available on request).
5. Payment Terms
   Our standard payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice. Digital data will be released via secure download link only once payment/deposit terms have been met.
